What Qualifies For A Return

 

***All artwork is sent with terms and conditions as well as a contract.  Please refer to your paperwork with questions for artwork.

 

If you purchased or received a non-custom item directly from Mashamalama Studio 23 and would like to return it within 30 days, we can issue you a refund or store credit. Returned goods must be in perfect, un-used condition with all original tags.

 

If you ordered a custom-made product from Mashamalama Studio 23, we're sorry but, we can't offer you a return.  Unfortunately, although we think your item is beautiful, we can't take it back. All sales are final on customized or custom made items. No returns or exchanges.

 

 

The Return Process

To return an item, please contact us for our shipping address. 

Once received, returns take about 7-10 business days to process.

 

Remember! Returned goods must be in perfect, un-used condition with all original tags. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than defects.

 

**Mashamalama Studio 23 is unable to return shipping fees.
